"I had the worst customer service while negotiating the price with them. They gave me one price during our discussion, but when I arrived, the price had completely changed. No one explained why the price was different from what was originally agreed upon. This felt dishonest and unprofessional. Because of this experience, I would not recommend their service to others."

"⸻ Extremely disappointed with my experience at this State Farm office. After multiple billing mistakes and unexplained price increases, they quoted me nearly $400/month for two cars, renter’s insurance, and business coverage. On top of that, getting someone on the phone was a constant struggle — but they always seemed to have time to respond via email instead of resolving things properly. I’ve since switched to Progressive and now pay $120/month less for better coverage across the board. Safe to say I won’t be doing business with this office again, and I won’t be recommending them to anyone."

It was with an independent agency, who told me they shopped it around and couldn’t help me out with the huge increase being assessed with my renewal. Saved quite a bit. "Quote process was smooth and pricing competitive. My only complaint is that State Farm's process for validating hail resistant roofing installation is ridiculous in that it rejects a warranty registration from the roofing manufacturer and requires the original installer to complete their form."

"I was a victim of a hit-and-run, and even though my vehicle has full coverage, State Farm only covered 2 weeks of rental vehicle until my car was repaired. I have paid over $500 out of pocket on rentals, just since the date State Farm pulled coverage. I called and spoke with Alicia at the location, and she hung up with me after less than 3 minutes with no follow-up information on when I might hear back. This is not the first issue I have had with State Farm and contacting this agent, but it's the issue that is making me leave them a 1-star. I will be looking for a new insurance company."
